Colonel Dubaku issues the President with an ultimatum whilst Jack is allowed to interrogate Tony. Jack soon learns of Tony's part in an undercover operation and in doing so, Jack becomes part of it himself. Samantha calls Henry Taylor to tell him that she hadn't been completely honest with him and Jack helps Tony to escape.

Tony Almeida: (whispers) Deep Sky.
Jack Bauer: What did you just say?
Tony Almeida: (slowly and quietly) Deep Sky.

(over the phone)
Disguised voice: Hello?
Jack Bauer: This is Jack Bauer.
Diguised voice: Yes?
Jack Bauer: I was told to call you.
Disguised voice: By whom?
Jack Bauer: Tony Almeida. He gave me this old CTU emergency phone code. Deep Sky.
(voice disguiser is removed)
Bill Buchanan: It's Bill, Jack.

(over the phone)
Bill Buchanan: Chloe's already into their system.
Jack Bauer: Chloe's working on this?
Chloe O'Brian: Hi, Jack. It's good to hear your voice.
Jack Bauer: Yeah, you too.
Chloe O'Brian: I saw the hearings on C-SPAN. I can't believe what the senator said to you. You looked good, though.

Tony Almeida: Listen, Jack, I'm sorry about the stuff I said back there. I just... needed to get you close enough to give you Bill's code name.
Jack Bauer: Just glad I didn't break your neck.
Tony Almeida: Well, uh, you came close.
Jack Bauer: Yeah. Sorry about that.
(Tony chuckles)

Jack Bauer: Chloe, what have you got? We're boxed in.
Chloe O'Brian: Someone at FBI is blocking my every move. It's really starting to piss me off.

Renee Walker: What was that?
Janis Gold: The hacker's back in. Whoever this is, they're very good.
Larry Moss: Well, lock them out!
Janis Gold: I'm trying!

(Before driving a car through the wall of the first floor of the parking lot)
Jack Bauer: This is gonna hurt.

Trivia

Tony says “Charles Logan is a product of his environment” suggesting that the former President did not die from his stab wound in Day 6.

Mary Lynn Rajskub and James Morrison, who play Chloe O'Brian and Bill Buchanan respectively, were not credited in this episode to allow for their surprise returns.

This is one of the rare occassions where there is no split screen at the end of the episode.

This is one of only four episodes to feature the entire main cast for season 7. The others are 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
