The long-awaited peace agreement ceremony gets underway but President Taylor finds herself unable to go through with it. Charles Logan arranges for a mercenary unit to permanently silence Jack Bauer, but with the aid of the President and his CTU allies, he manages to escape. Given that he is now a wanted man by both the Russian and American governments, President Taylor gives Jack the opportunity to flee now whilst he still can.
