Renee is questioned over discrepencies between her statement and forensic evidence of Vladimir Laitanan's death, and Cole Ortiz puts an end to Kevin Wade's hold over Dana after learning of her true indentity and chequered past.

This is the first epsiode of season 8 not to feature either the President of the Islamic Republic of Kamistan, President Omar Hassan or the President of the United States, President Allison Taylor.
