Production for the seventh season of 24 will stop for a breather on September 25th.
Howard Gordon is said to be unhappy with the scripts and ideas for the final few episodes, and has called for a halt in production.
A total of 18 episodes will have already been shot by September 25th, and with a far from stringent deadline to get them done by; it has been decided to take advantage of the situation and try and make the remaining episodes as good as possible.
