It has been announced that 24: Exile will be available on Region 1 DVD just two days after it first airs on November 23rd.
The DVD is said to contain an extended cut of Exile, from what is broadcast on television. Other features will include a commentary track, 'making of' featurette, 'Season 6 in four minutes' and other Season 7 preview material.
A European release, in the form of Region 2 DVD is rumoured to be available sometime in December; although this is yet to be confirmed.
