The first news of 2011 is of disappointing nature after the proposed script for a 24 feature film has been knocked back.
20th Century Fox were not satisfied with the script prepared by screenwriter Billy Ray, whose writing credits include State of Play (2009) and Flightplan (2005).
Executive producer of 24 Howard Gordon remains hopeful that the movie "will get made at some point" however concedes that it looks like being some way off.
